I am looking for a caps and gowns for a kindergarten graduation
I have coming up. I have called every logical source here in the
San Diego area and have found nothing. Can you recommend a source?
Thanks.
I snooped around on the Internet until I came up with Murphy
Robes, in St. Petersburgh, FL. They make a wide variety of caps
and gowns and choral robes in all sizes. Between the choral robes
(which come in the smallest of sizes) and the mortar boards they
offer for young graduates, you might be able to piece together exactly
what you need. The web site address is: www.murphyrobes.com/index.html;
(800) 876-8774 (dealer locator). Good luck!
I recently received a flyer for a company that makes 35mm slides
from your digital files. The cost is $4 per original and $2 per
duplicate. Just e-mail your files to slides@slides.com or ftp them
to ftp.slides.com/slides/incoming. Include your shipping and billing
address. For more information, contact Elegant Graphics, 750 Princeton
Ave., P.O. Box 774607, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477; (800) 311-9543.

Can you refer me to a source that can give us any information on
the protection of slides exposed to outgassing of a construction
chemical, specifically chlorine gas created by the etching of concrete?
We have around 100,000 slides from all around the world that represent
20 years of work and are quite valuable. Any help would be appreciated.
The foremost authority on image permanence of both films and
papers is Henry Wilhelm. While his company, Wilhelm Imaging Research,
Inc., has been busy with inkjet paper permanence issues of late,
Wilhelm has volumes of data on all sorts of environmental factors
affecting image permanence. You can contact him at 713 State St.,
Grinnell, IA 50112, (515) 236-4284, fax (515) 236-4220. Or you can
reach him at hwilhelm@aol.com. His website is www.wilhelm-research.com.

I was browsing your website hoping to find a good source for repair
on a Plaubel Makina 67W, but couldnt find anything. Do you
have any advertisers specializing in rangefinder repairs? Thanks
in advance.
You might try either of these companies. Both have the reputation
of being able to repair out of production rangefinder cameras.
